"Everybody On" HP Grammy Ad not "On" with everyone

Fortunately, this HP ad, broadcast during Sunday's Grammy Awards, is not likely to offend as many as did thecontroversial Groupon Super Bowl ads. More specifically, however, fans of the song "Walk on the Wild Side" may still be offended.

The one-minute ad, embedded below, opens with the lyrics "Everybody touch, everybody tap, everybody move, everybody app." It goes downhill from there.
"Everybody Digg, everybody host, everybody Skype, everybody post."
"Everybody dream, everybody Sprint, everybody air, everybody print."
"Everybody frag, everybody Tweet, everybody shuffle, everybody Beat."
"Everybody dream, everybody Sprint, everybody air, everybody print."
"Everybody mobile, everybody global, everybody cloud, everybody now."
"Everybody dream, everybody Sprint, everybody air, everybody print."
"Everybody nimble, everybody bond, everybody instant, everybody ... on."

"For more businesses and more people, only HP is leading the way."
"HP. Everybody On."
What's interesting is that the ad wasn't just about tablets or webOS. It also included laptops, printers (including AirPrint), and even Beats Audio by Dr. Dre. The problem is that so far, "Everybody On" ... well, everybody hates it.
